Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of an advance. 
Cancellations are not possible without incurring a charge.
Penalty charge for cancellations is 100 percent of advance amount. 
Postponements or preponements of a booking date will be treated as a cancellation and normal reservation and cancellation terms apply.
